Mia Mattioli completed her PhD student in Environmental Engineering and Science in 2014, focusing on the risk of diarrheal diseases to children in developing countries from different exposure routes in their environment. She now works with the WASH Laboratory team at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta.
