Topics of Interest: The impact of climate change on agriculture
Sharon is interested in estimating climate change impacts on global agriculture in recent decades. She is also interested in evaluating potential adaptation options (e.g. improved seed, irrigation) for farmers, especially smallholders in the developing world. Sharon completed her undergraduate study at Columbia University, and then headed to the University of Michigan for her Master’s Degrees in Natural Resources & Environment and Applied Economics and her PhD in Environmental Engineering.
